Every fall, on the Tuesday following Thanksgiving (in the U.S.), organizations around the globe celebrate the power of philanthropy, fueled by social media and collaboration. Tomorrow, #GivingTuesday, is the perfect kick-off to the charitable season when many of us focus on ways to give back.

As the County museum, it is LACMA’s mission to ensure that everyone has access to the arts and to cultural opportunities. Gifts to LACMA Fund support life-changing educational programs on our campus and beyond that enrich the lives of children across our diverse and vibrant community.

Thanks to the generosity of Katharyn Alvord Gerlich, tomorrow is an especially good time to give: she has committed a matching gift of $50,000 to LACMA Fund this season, which provides an opportunity for you to double your impact.
