See the artistic manipulation of advertising in Objects of Desire: Photography and the Language of Advertising, which showcases how, through re-photography, appropriation, and simulation, artists create a shared photographic language that puts the onus on the viewer to determine what exactly these pictures are asking of us.
In conjunction with the exhibition, join Los Angeles artists Jo Ann Callis, Carter Mull, and Kim Schoen for a free conversational walkthrough of the exhibition on Monday, October 24.
