This Week at LACMA

April 28, 2023

This week, visit LACMA to see Women Defining Women in Contemporary Art of the Middle East and Beyond, which presents 75 works by women artists who were born or live in what can broadly be termed Islamic societies. Their powerful narratives are embedded in their art, expressing both personal and universal concerns.

Starting this Friday, LACMA will also be at the Los Angeles County Fair! See our exhibition You Are Here: California Photography Now and join us for art-making activities as part of Fair Kids on Fridays and at our booth near the main entrance on Saturdays. Access to the exhibition is free with fair admission.
