With many works shown in public for the first time, Magdalena Suarez Frimkess: The Finest Disregard offers insights into the artist's fascination with art history books, popular media, cartoons, animation, autobiography, and the humor found in the folds between the layers of everyday life. On Wednesday, December 4, Suarez Frimkess will discuss her inspirations and approaches over the course of more than five decades of art-making at a conversation with curator José Luis Blondet. The exhibition will be open for viewing 30 minutes prior and following the event so you can explore her work alongside the talk.
