This year, the museum has worked diligently to continue sharing the arts with our vibrant community through a host of digital initiatives—from more than 50 public programs, to free resources for educators, to art-making video tutorials. LACMA @ Home brings art to you, wherever you are. Gifts to LACMA Fund have made this, and so much more, possible.
GivingTuesday is an opportunity for people around the world to contribute to their communities through the power of their individual generosity. If you are able, we hope you might consider making a gift to LACMA Fund during this pivotal moment.
We are grateful to share that Mr. and Mrs. Anthony and Lee Shaw have generously offered a $10,000 challenge match for all gifts to LACMA Fund received on GivingTuesday. Longtime friends of the museum, Mr. and Mrs. Shaw have supported LACMA's Exhibition Fund, Curator's Circle, and now LACMA Fund. With this challenge match, they hope to inspire fellow LACMA members and art lovers everywhere to join their impassioned efforts on behalf of our County museum.
We hope you'll make a gift this GivingTuesday to support the important work LACMA does to bring art and people together, whether in person or online. With the museum still temporarily closed, your support is more critical than ever. Through the Shaw family's generosity, and yours, LACMA can continue to thrive as a place where everyone is welcome to find inspiration and comfort.
