This weekend is the start of new group classes! For kids and families, Saturday brings Meet the Shapes: Family Class for Ages 3 1/2–5 at 10 am, Photography for Teens: Book Project at 10 am, and It's the Process!!: Family Class for Ages 5+ at 12:30 pm. Setting the (Tiny) Stage: Kids Class for Ages 10–13 begins Sunday at 10 am.

For adult offerings, Drawing from Dreams and Objects: Gallery Session has openings available. The class begins at 10 am on Sunday.

Sunday is Frank Gehry's birthday! Celebrate with architecturally inspired ice cream sandwiches from the Coolhaus truck, beginning at 1 pm. Show your ticket to the Frank Gehry exhibition to get a free "Frank Berry" ice cream sandwich, while supplies last!

Also on Sunday, at 12 pm, join a conversation and book signing with Firooz Zahedi and special guests, actress Kate Burton and director Charles Shyer. Firooz will discuss his 35 years of friendship with Elizabeth Taylor in conjunction with his book of never-before-seen photographs of Taylor, My Elizabeth (Gliteratti, 2016). The program will be followed by a book signing on the Los Angeles Times Central Court.

Sundays Live brings the Dublin Guitar Quartet to the Bing Theater. The group is the first classical guitar quartet solely devoted to new music, expanding the limited repertoire of guitar quartet works by commissioning new works and adapting works from outside of the guitar repertoire. The performance begins at 6 pm.

Tours this weekend include Art of the Ancient Americas on Friday at 2 pm, Latin American Art on Saturday at 3 pm, and Art of Japan on Sunday at 2 pm.
