Step out in style this weekend at LACMA. This Saturday, DAPPER DAY + LACMA returns with Swinging Soirée! Bring your evening glamour as you mingle among artworks by Mary Cassatt, Yayoi Kusama, Claude Monet, Pablo Picasso, Alison Saar, Cy Twombly, Andy Warhol, and many more. Swinging Soirée is the final evening event in LACMA's renowned European galleries, which close on February 3 in preparation for the museum's new building for the permanent collection. From 7 to 10 pm, dance to tunes by DJ Professor Watson indoors at the top of the Ahmanson Building staircase and enjoy cash bars serving cocktails, beer, and wine. Please note that Swinging Soirée is currently standby only. Visit lacma.org/dapper for info and updates. Feel free to arrive early at the museum to view 3D: Double Vision, The Jeweled Isle: Art from Sri Lanka, Outliers and American Vanguard Art, Rauschenberg: The 1/4 Mile and more, show off your best outfit, and enjoy watching all of our fashionable museum guests throughout the day.

On Saturday, Friday 25, at 12 pm, bring the children in your life to Story Time in the Galleries where our friendly Boone Gallery staff will take them on a journey into a world of folk tales and colors. On Saturday, at 10 am, LACMA members are invited to the Provoke Tour, a tour and discussion exploring how artists throughout history (and around the globe) have used their artwork to give voice to, and provoke dialogue about, critical issues concerning race, class, gender, war, freedom, human dignity, ecology, and consumerism. If you're not a member and would like to participate in this event, join now and learn more about the many benefits of becoming a LACMA member.

Then on Sunday at 12:30 pm, join us for Andell Family Sunday—Rauschenberg's 1/4 Mile, where you and your family can participate in artist-led workshops related to Robert Rauschenberg's massive artwork Rauschenberg: The 1/4 Mile. Also, don't miss this weekend's Sundays Live, featuring the unique music of Crossroads EMMI Orchestra at 6 pm.
